PresCare is moving ahead with its first retirement village development, a $100 million apartment complex in inner west Brisbane to house 200 residents.

The first stage is 34 apartments due for completion next year with construction by Gridley. This will be Grindley’s 35th retirement village development in 25 years.

PresCare is using TV personality Mike Munro in their marketing (developed by One Fell Swoop). A video introducing the project and featuring Munro was well received in our recent McCrindle focus group research into marketing messaging.
