If you live with someone who has dementia, there’s a new app that should be on your smart device download list. 

According to Alzheimer’s Australia Victoria, part of the development team for the new app, seventy per cent of people with dementia live in their own homes in the community. 

They hope that this app will help carers to make practical changes around the home to make life easier for the person living with dementia and help them to stay at home longer, enjoying their regular lifestyle activities and remaining engaged with their community.
