The leading Not For Profit has bought a large block of land on the Hume Highway between Marsh Parade and Lang Road at Casula.
Managing Director David Maher says: “Our plans for this site are to provide modern, integrated aged care services to the residents of Casula and its neighbouring suburbs.”
It’s another win for Catholic Healthcare, which currently has developments underway in Bathurst and Waitara in NSW and at Ipswich in Queensland. They have also purchased the Maroubra Bowling Club land for $28.5 million.
In total, they have 41 aged care homes and 10 retirement villages in New South Wales and Queensland.
