Just China Holdings has lodged a development application to build a 10-storey ‘multi age precinct’ in Melbourne.

The new facility, which will be built on 6,353sqm at Blackburn Road in Mount Waverley, will see the existing hotel on the site demolished and replaced with an all-in-one design by Marchese Partners.

The design will feature a retirement village with 60 independent living units from levels five to nine, plus a 120-room hotel, eight serviced apartments, 10 townhouses, 47 apartments, a 140-place childcare centre and a range of community facilities including a gym, swimming pool and hydro therapy area.
