With 12 homes already occupied and the country club due to be completed by the end of this year the GemLife Highfields community is growing fast according to GemLife sales manager Racheal Benham.

Located within the Toowoomba region of Queensland, GemLife Highfields is situated close to Highfields Village Shopping Centre, restaurants and cafes.

The pet-friendly village offers 12 architecturally-designed home designs to choose from, with a selection of two and three  bedroom options available within the secured gated neighbourhood.

Once complete, the country club will house a ten-pin bowling alley, indoor pool and spa, private cinema, ballroom, bar and café, games room with golf simulator and has a pet friendly policy.

PresCare, a service offered exclusively to residents at GemLife resorts, is a not-for-profit service provider, providing home care services to support GemLife’s ‘ageing in place’ strategy and assisting residents to  stay in their own homes for longer.

There are no entry or exit fees or stamp duty and residents retain 100 per cent of their capital gain.
