Stockland’s new display retirement village in Treeby WA features 28 homes by Perth builders, showcasing home designs and ideas for people at all stages of life, from first-home buyers to downsizers according to Stockland WA Residential general manager Col Dutton.
The extensive range of contemporary homes include a variety of single- and two-storey designs to suit different lifestyles and budgets.
Design features include multi-purpose entertainment rooms, sleek kitchens, big bathrooms and courtyards for indoor/outdoor living with the four-bedroom, two-bathroom “Delano” by Dale Alcock Homes featuring a sunken home theatre as well as a kid’s zone.
Calleya will ultimately comprise almost 1,900 dwellings and future plans include a primary school, neighbourhood shops and retirement living.
The display village on Cedarleaf Entrance is open from 2pm-5pm on Monday and Wednesday, 1pm-5pm on Saturday and 12pm-5pm on Sunday.
