Living Gems has won its third Master Builders’ award in a month with Living Gems Pacific Paradise winning best Tourism and Leisure facility up to $10 million for its state of the art country club.
The company won the same Master Builders Housing & Construction Award for its Caboolture and Toowoomba country clubs last month.
General Manager Vlad Pullich thanked staff who had worked tirelessly to see the projects through to completion and said these three awards mean a great deal to his family.
He added that the immense competition in the lifestyle resort sector has driven them to develop and construct the next evolution in recreational facilities for the over-50s market and they are thrilled that their three brand new, purpose built country clubs have been recognised as the best in their regions.
The Pacific Paradise Country Club offers over 20 different recreational facilities including tennis court, undercover bowling green, BBQ pavilion, snooker parlour and games room, cinema, music room, hair salon and library.
Popular design aspects include the three-lane ten pin bowling alley at Caboolture, the indoor heated magnesium swimming pool at Toowoomba and the second story balcony at Pacific Paradise, perfect for watching the sunset.
