Gateway Lifestyle retirement villages has started the year with multiple developments across their national group of communities being wrapped up, laying the foundations to enhance the lifestyle residents currently enjoy.
The upgrades were performed upon facilities in a number of villages, with the aim of creating a social atmospheres and promoting active living and healthy habits amongst residents.
Gateway Lifestyle Redlands was one village receiving updates, ahead of the release of Stage 1 of their new Home Signature Range in early 2018, which will be closely followed by the construction of a new community centre. In the months leading up to January, the village’s landscaping took precedence, as well as a bowling green and pool prepared for final renovations.
Beachside community Gateway Lifestyle Yamba Waters also welcomed the addition of a new community centre, just in time for the village’s residents to enjoy events during this year’s busy social calendar.
Gateway Lifestyle’s Salamander Bay village in the Port Stephens region, and Valhalla village in the Central Coast region, will also soon be making way for new homes in their communities.
Gateway Lifestyle Salamander Bay’s highly anticipated release of the final stage of new homes is due in March this year, while Gateway Lifestyle Valhalla community’s final homes have now been ordered.
