Jennene Buckly, CEO of Feros Care based in Northern NSW, was the only other Australian at the NZ conference. She demonstrated the saving on delivery of home care through Feros Care’s technology programs. The enquiry for village focussed monitoring devices and operating systems was strong.
Jennene also presented the results of their telehealth trials. With over 4,400 care client video conference sessions under their belt, Feros now identifies community care staff daily client visits can increase from 4 to 7, saving 7,757 kilometres and 161 hours travel per year per staff member.
