The new $28 million building on Baden Powell Street will be one of the town’s tallest buildings. It will provide 125 residential beds plus community services as part of a joint venture with the local Stella Maris Catholic Church.

The site backs onto the redeveloped church.

The development is just one of five aged care homes the not-for-profit Catholic provider has due for completion in the next six months.
