Twenty six one- and two- bedroom units have been added to the village which is located on the mid north coast region of NSW. Another 13 units are expected to be completed before Christmas, effectively doubling the size of the village complex.

The self-contained units come in five different designs each with a balcony or courtyard and the village is set amongst well established gardens. The village expansion includes a new community lounge.

According to Director Paul Greenup there is no other village like it on the mid north coast as it offers the best of both worlds being neither a retirement village or a nursing home.

Demand has been high with only five of the 26 units recently completed remaining.
