Our second largest village operator has officially launched the first stage of its Springfield development – including 66 apartments and a community centre – in Queensland, 21km from Ipswich and 33km from Brisbane.
Kason Eldridge, Aveo’s Group Executive General Manager, Integrated Retirement Communities, opened the official proceedings, before Aveo Group CEO Geoff Grady and Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk both spoke to the audience gathered to watch the opening.
The honours of cutting the ribbon then went to Aveo Group Chairman Seng Huang Lee, who has given his name to the new building, and Premier Palaszczuk.
The 10 hectare site will be home to over 2,500 units by the time it is completed. Sales have already been strong too, with the first units selling from $298,000 to over $709,000.
