Leading QLD Not For Profit BlueCare has secured Argyle Gardens in Bundaberg which has been in receivership since 2010 following the collapse of Prime Trust.

It is one of three large QLD villages (including Carlyle Gardens Mackay and Carlyle Gardens Townsville) being marketed by Noral Wild at Jones Lang LaSalle. She tells us she expects an outcome with these remaining villages will be achieved by the end of the month.

BlueCare has a strong presence in Bundaberg with BlueCare Bundaberg Community Care (home care); BlueCare Bundaberg Respite Care (respite centre); and an Allied Heath Centre co-located at Riverlea Residential Aged Care Facility.

lendlease has been the manager of the villages while in receivership.
