A new Stockland retirement village development, currently in the early stages of completion, will be one of the first on the Sunshine Coast to offer preventative health programs and facilities to residents once officially opened. Birtinya Retirement Village, a planned 140-apartment vertical community, will feature high quality health services such as remedial massage and exercise classes, all to promote healthy ageing for residents.
Situated in the beneficial Sunshine Coast Health Precinct, an area that encircles the Sunshine Coast Public Hospital, Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital and Sunshine Coast Health Institute, residents are ensured direct access to some of the finest health care facilities in Australia.
Incoming residents will also enjoy access to an extensive two-storey 660 square metre clubhouse with a cafe, billiards room, library, exercise and wellness centre, as well as an outdoor pool complete with covered outdoor decks and dining areas and landscaped gardens within the village complex.
