Recently this month, senior’s leisure-lifestyle providers Ingenia Group have confirmed the development approval for their new retirement village in Lake Conjola, on the New South Wales South Coast.

Owen Burnie, Senior Development Manager for Ingenia Group, said he was pleased to see the plans come to realisation this year, and highlighted the village’s prime location.

“This is a fantastic location to retire to and we are very excited to have the opportunity to create a brand new community for our future residents which takes advantage of the wonderful coastal location and proximity to great boating and recreation facilities,” Mr. Burnie said.

Construction commencement on the new community village is now imminent, with the zone to include 114 new homes, beautifully landscaped water features, a community clubhouse, and a pool, all set on 12 hectares of land.
