WA-based Not For Profit Bethanie is planning to build a further 17 villas after 80% of its latest development of 15 proposed cottages at its Beachside Retirement Village in the outer northern Perth suburb of Yanchep sold off the plan.
Expected to be complete by June 2023, Bethanie Beachside's two-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom villas are available from $399,000, and feature four floorplan options.
“Each villa will showcase superb use of space whilst highlighting the high-quality finishes and boundless amounts of storage,” Bethanie said on its website.
“You will enjoy a front entry garage proving greater ease of use within a beautifully designed streetscape.”
Located adjacent to the Bethanie Beachside Aged Care Home and 45 existing independent living units, the new villas will be built by the YHB Group.
“Beachside Retirement Village offers a friendly, safe and social environment where residents can meet new and like-minded people, enjoy engaging activities, learn new skills, or simply just relax,” Bethanie CEO Chris How said.
“A third stage comprising a further 17 villas is also being planned after considerable interest has been shown in the latest development, where 80 per cent of the project has been sold off the plan.”
The operator last week agreed to buy the Bert England Lodge aged care home at Rockingham in Perth’s south.
