The Not For Profit operator is investing $19.5M in redeveloping its Weeronga village in Melville, 12km from the CBD.

The first stage of the development will include a four-storey, 36 apartment complex (pictured) with 12 three-bedroom and 24 two-bedroom apartments designed by Peter Hunt Architect.

Weeronga is the biggest of Alchera’s four villages and the project will be managed by Total Project Management, with Colliers appointed to head up sales in a first for the Perth village market.
