The Birtinya Retirement Village has launched its first public sales campaign this week, selling one, two and three-bedroom apartments at its multi-storey village which will eventually be home to 140 apartments.

Stockland Regional Development Manager Paul Keleher said the village’s proximity to Sunshine Coast University Hospital would give future residents access to key health services right at their door.

“We encourage people not to wait as we continue to receive strong local and interstate interest, with more than $3 million in off-the-plan sales secured to date,” Mr Keleher said.
