Lend Lease gets the tick of approval from the Queensland Residents’ Association for its new standardised contract initiative, one that includes $1100 in legal fees contributions.

Can you imagine how many different contracts Lend Lease has across its 70+ villages, with over 12,000 residents? It must run into the hundreds; the cost of compliance and negotiations is said to add $200,000 or more a year to their operations.

The solution – a standardized contract. As a test Lend Lease sort out the cooperation of the Queensland residents association [the ARQRV] who allocated their legal counsel, David Wise.

A number of initiatives have been agreed upon which are likely to flow to all operators across the country in time.

In his latest newsletter to his 8,000 QLD members, ARQRV President Les Armstrong (pictured) has been highly complementary of Lend Lease and its approach.
