The operator is hoping to reach the milestone within five years, as it looks to start work on its new village The Avenue Maroochydore in QLD.

The 117-unit apartment four-storey development will be built in two stages with the first delivering 49 apartments from $405,000 to $850,000 and the second stage 68 apartments.

Residents will also be able to access home care services from $35 per hour.

Established in 2016 by Tim Russell and Mark Taylor together with private equity firm Blue Sky, Aura now has over 870 village homes in six locations in development.
