Aveo has joined with the members of Newcastle’s Shortland Golf Club to build 300 golf course villas and 127 aged care beds.

At the same time Aveo is going to build a new club house and upgrade the actual golf course.

The development is adjacent to The University of Newcastle, offering an additional attraction to new residents.
