The Aveo China backed $326M ‘Tide and Health Campus’ retirement village opens its first stage this December, one hour out of Shanghai.

It will evolve into a retirement village with supportive care for 2,600 residents, served by 600 staff across 76 low rise buildings on 10 hectares. Three bedroom apartments are priced at $525,000 down to studio apartments at $240,000.

Two months out they report they have 60% pre sales.

Aveo has a 30% stake and will provide the operational management led by Australian expat Julie Jackson.
