Palmview – located on QLD’s Sunshine Coast – has opened its first-stage display villas to the public as the development begins to take shape, aiming to address new demand for ‘sea change’ retirement living.
New research from Aveo has revealed an overwhelming demand for seaside retirement options – with one in six of our next generation of retirees intending to live near the coast.
Aveo Group CEO Geoff Grady says Palmview has been designed to address these desires and will cater to retirees for years to come with its modern facilities, landscapes grounds and vibrant community – just a short bus trip to the beach.
Alongside various health and wellness facilities, residents will benefit from a multi-purpose community centre, lounge bar, library, swimming pool and an outdoor park with BBQ area.
Stage one of the 5.4-hectare site will consist of 38 modern two and three bedroom villas including a one or two car garage.
Upon completion (expected in June 2019) Aveo Palmview will accommodate 138 independent living villas, providing homes to more than 200 seniors.
Pricing for the villas start at $375,000.
