Stage One of Aveo’s new $60 million Robertson Park been completed.

Originally established it 1987 the redevelopment will help meet the changing needs of the current residents and Baby Boomers according to Aveo CEO Geoff Grady.

Located 15 kilometres from Brisbane’s CBD and within walking distance of shops and public transport, Robertson Park features 34 one, two and three bedroom independent living units across two buildings and almost 1000sq m of community recreational areas.

Other amenities include a community kitchen, bar, gym, library, swimming pool, beauty and hairdressing salon and a community centre where residents can participate in weekly activities.

Allied health professionals including a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, and podiatrist will operate from the new building and visiting home care services will also be available for residents as needed.

Apartments within Stage 1 start from $399,000.

Stage 2 is expected to begin this year with the entire redevelopment anticipated to be finalised in 2020.
