The Eaton retirement village – 2 hours south of Perth CBD – will be hosting an afternoon of activities and fun from 3-6pm on Friday 12 April.

Bethanie Esprit Cottages are the provider’s latest retirement living project and Stage 2 has now been released, with Stage 1 already sold out within just weeks of its release.

Visitors to the activity afternoon can explore the safe, vibrant and friendly Esprit community and even join in on a Gentle Gym Class or try their hand in a round of lawn bowls or table tennis.

The bustling ‘Men’s Shed’ will be in full swing and the Craft Room will also provide the opportunity to make some new friends.

Esprit’s two-bedroom cottages – featuring a full-size kitchen, courtyard and double garage – start from $299,000.

The delivery of the total 34 cottages has been separated into three stages with construction of stage one estimated to begin late April 2019. Estimated completion date for all 34 cottages is August 2022.
