RetireAustralia has paid the money for a 99 year lease on 1.6 ha of golf course land. It will build three apartment towers ranging from 5 to 6 stories in height, which will feature 145 independent living apartments and 32 serviced apartments that can deliver higher levels of home care.

In addition to the $5.5 million the club will get the increased patronage to all its club facilities which RetireAustralia will also help fund with some upgrades.

There are now at least five retirement village operators who have negotiated land deals with golf clubs across Australia, delivering apartment living and retirement villages in middle ring suburbs close to amenities.
