Carlyle Gardens Retirement Village in Bargara Queensland has recently appointed a new village manager.

Michael Owens moved to Bargara with his young family six years ago and brings a wealth of experience to the role including operating resorts, motels and conferences, and asset and facility management.

According to Michael there are many dedicated and experienced people at Carlyle Gardens who ensure the village delivers for its residents and he is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with the community. He added that he will enjoy getting to know his colleagues and residents over the coming weeks and expand his understanding of how the team can build on what is already a vibrant community.

Responsibilities as village manager include the day-to-day running of the village and looking for ways to maintain and improve residents’ quality of life.
