Thanks to all who joined us at the Sheraton on the Park Boardroom at short notice to grab the opportunity to hear Chris Straw, Managing Director and Partner of ThomsonAdsett, review international trends in retirement village community and aged care design.

The focus was on creating product for tomorrow’s customer, new segments and the financial models, and the mix of tenants that can make a development bankable. Examples from the ThomsonAdsett Asian practices were briefly reviewed plus university-based retirement communities (UBRCs) in the US, which are now in more than 100 locations.
