Shalain Singh has moved out of Japara Healthcare to the new position of ‘National Director and Head of Healthcare and Retirement Living’ at property agency Colliers.

The role covers aged care, retirement living, land lease communities, hospitals, medical centres, allied services and childcare. He will oversee both Transaction Services and Valuations.

His mandate is to significantly expand their service range across Strategy, Transactions, Asset Management, Financial Management and Leasing.

He states he wants to bring a totally new level of integrated services to clients far beyond the traditional commercial transactions and valuations spheres in answer to the government’s drive for convergence across healthcare.

He also reaffirmed Colliers’ commitment to valuation services.
