While most operators are preparing for the consumer led revolution in home care Daniel Robertson’s Dial-An-Angel is well ahead of the curve building her business for the next phase.

She and her mother created the private home care sector in 1986 and now Dial-An-Angel is the only national service.

Danielle has not waited for other operators to catch up; last year she formed a joint venture with Melbourne’s Nextt Care to capitalise on the opportunities she can see while the newcomers look to yesterday’s opportunities.
