Dubbo Council helps out Not For Profit UPA with rezoning

The NSW regional council of Dubbo has amended the Dubbo Local Environment Plan (LEP).

That will rezone 4,000sqm of land next door to the Bracken House Residential Care Facility which will now be expanded by its owner, UPA (the old United Protestant Association).

The zoning goes from E3 Environmental Management to R1 General Residential. UPA has 45 centres across NSW.
