The long awaited Cranbrook Residences Bella Vista has finally welcomed its first residents to the community in the last week of July.

The luxury retirement village opened its doors upon completion of the first stage of development, with residents now settling in and taking advantage of the extensive on-site lifestyle facilities.

Cranbrook’s newest addition to their portfolio, set in the idyllic Hills Shire region northwest of Sydney, incorporates 50 one, two, and three-bedroom pet-friendly luxurious apartments, that overlook the Castle Hill Country Club. No detail was spared on each apartment, with interior features such as oak timber flooring in living areas, custom-designed kitchens with stone worktops and Miele appliances, and emergency response monitoring for peace of mind, included in the accommodation.

The village itself also features a wellness centre, fitness centre, café and family-friendly communal outdoor entertaining area.

“It is a delight to welcome our first residents and their families to Cranbrook Residences Bella Vista, our new retirement residence which has been developed in response to increasing demand for quality, bespoke retirement living,” said Ms Kerry Mann, CEO of Cranbrook Care.

Cranbrook Residences’ Stage Two will incorporate a purpose-built cinema, multi-purpose arts and crafts room, and library featuring British and American Classics and more contemporary fiction from the 20th century - all due for completion later in 2017.
