Noral Rich continues to build her specialist team, with veteran sector expert and valuer David Bruce-Clarke (pictured) joining JLL next week as National Director – Health & Advisory.

Based in Sydney, he will lead a team of four other sector valuers.

Rich states transactions and valuations are ‘up’ and she anticipates more activity over the next six months.
