The two established residential land lease communities are located in one of South Australia’s major retirement regions and cost $45 million. Together the two sites are home to 555 long-term sites, of which 488 are occupied and the remaining 67 are waiting for development approval.

The acquisition establishes Gateway as one of the largest operators of land lease communities in South Australia and provides a platform for further expansion.
