Seachange Lifestyle Resorts’ Emerald Lakes development has been voted Queensland’s best community building for 2016 by the Master Builders Association.

The gated ‘country club estate’ boasts a tennis court, gym, pools and other community facilities. Final stages of the resort are currently selling from around $650,000.

Emerald Lakes and its sister resort Arundel are both managed by QLD property developer Pradella Property Ventures, which is headed up by David Pradella, formerly of the Pradella Group.
