Lifestyle developer Halcyon has unveiled the first stage of its spectacular $13 million Recreational Precinct at Halcyon Greens at Pimpama on Queensland’s Gold Coast.
No expense has been spared on the Pavilion, which boasts eight floodlit pickleball courts, the largest facility in Australia for the sporting phenomenon that’s taking seniors by storm. Also featured is Halcyon’s signature floodlit championship sized bowling green and floodlit tennis court.
Halcyon joint-managing director Dr Bevan Geissmann said “as with all of our communities, our focus has been on providing a lifestyle and promoting active living, so we’re particularly proud to have unveiled such a spectacular precinct which truly reflects the Halcyon ethos.”
In terms of leading an active and social life, our homeowners really will have everything at their doorstep.”
Stage two of the $13 million Recreational Facility will include the resort pool and Leisure Club and is expected to be completed mid this year with final facilities to be unveiled early next year (2020).
Once completed Halcyon Greens will take the title of the largest recreational facility in South East Queensland with the Recreation Precinct set to include a gold class-style cinema, dance studio, massage room, games room, craft room, herb and vegetable garden and two pools in addition to the Pavilion.
Located on a spectacular 34-hectare island parcel surrounded by conservation wetland and the golf course, Halcyon Greens will comprise more than 500 homes.
Homes in the community’s third release are priced from $485,000 to $725,000.
