Hometown Australia’s builder MJH Multi is onsite to start building the Glenfern Thrumster land lease community, which is 10 minutes’ drive from Port Macquarie, on the NSW Mid-North Coast.

 

Originally, Stage 1 included 11 homes for sale. However, due to demand Hometown Australia added a further 22 homes. There are just two homes in Stage 1 remaining on sale.

 

“The construction of homes is currently underway and we anticipate Stage 1 homes to be occupied by the end of this year,” said a Hometown Australia spokeswoman.

 

Glenfern Thrumster Stage 2 is now open with some home designs featuring a double garage, two bedrooms, ensuite and walk-in robe, multi-purpose room, and covered alfresco area. Prices start from $595,000 for the Lighthouse design, with three internal and external colour schemes to choose from.

 

Alongside MJH Multi, Hometown Australia has designed an array of innovative home designs for over 50s living.

 

“A design of particular interest is the Lighthouse,  which is an architecturally designed two-level home that comes complete with internal lift access. Future homeowners will be able to enjoy sunsets over the natural bushland from their private master suite balcony and enjoy the space of having a second bedroom, bathroom and a layout that takes advantage of the extensive alfresco entertaining areas, accessed via double sliding doors from both the living and dining rooms,” said the spokeswoman.
