IRT Woodlands at Meridan Plains is the NSW community-based provider’s first co-located development in QLD and features 107 lifestyle villas alongside a 60-bed aged care home.

The facility was officially opened by the Assistant Minister for Aged Care, Ken Wyatt AM, MP with two Illawarra Flametrees planted in a ceremony to mark its Illawarra roots.

Woodlands joins IRT’s three other communities on the Sunshine Coast where it has been building its portfolio since 2012.

IRT is Australia’s largest community Not For Profit provider. They now have 31 locations across NSW, the ACT and QLD with their latest project, a new vertical retirement and aged care facility in Wollongong, currently under construction.
