On Tuesday, Ingenia Group announced their latest addition to a portfolio of leisure-lifestyle communities, the BIG4 Bonny Hills Holiday Park, on the New South Wales Mid-North Coast. The purchase is part of the group’s enhancement of Ingenia Lifestyle & Holidays communities, alongside their Ingenia Garden Villages; the latter being the largest community of rental retirement villages in Australia. 

CEO of Ingenia Communities, Simon Owen, said the picturesque Bonny Hills property is “an excellent addition to our New South Wales Mid-North Coast cluster,” and that Ingenia is excited by the opportunity to further extend their presence in the market whilst continuing to improve performance of the community.

The BIG4 Bonny Hills Holiday Park is set on the waterfront of Rainbow Beach, not far from local tourist attractions. The location is also close to four Ingenia Garden Villages communities, a benefit for senior residents who may wish to visit the park and enjoy the many recreational facilities and options of cabin, caravan, or camping site accommodation.
