Australia joins the United Kingdom, Malta, South Africa and other countries on Friday 17 June 2016 for International Aged Care Open Day. The idea is to promote and showcase local aged care facilities and the positive work done by the staff.

ACSA CEO John Kelly says “ACSA Open Day is about connecting people and connecting services.

The goal is to promote positive images and relationships with all aged care services including retirement villages, residential and community care”.

To date over 300 care facilities have signed up – go to nationalopenday.com.au to learn more.
