An Australian story. A mob of 300 kangaroos has made the Mackellar Care Village in Gunnedah their home. Walking around the village, especially after dark, is proving dangerous for residents. On top of this the tick infested roos are creating a tick eperdemic, requiring regular spraying of paths and doorways.

The solution - a $50,000 fence to keep the roos away from people. Funds are being raised by the local rugby and Rotary clubs.
