Plans for the vacant block owned by Pedare Christian College at Golden Grove in South Australia include a multi-storey building with 178 independent living units, 24 serviced apartments and an 80 bed aged care home.

While the sale price remains confidential, both parties have called the deal “a partnership to benefit all generations”, with the opportunity for the College and Life Care to incorporate learning options for students in food technology, allied health and aged care.

Life Care is an indepedent Not For Profit that grew out of the Churches of Christ stable. The architect is Marchese Partners.
