Victorian manufactured home park operator Lifestyle Communities has purchased adjacent land to its Chelsea Heights community to allow it to expand from 106 homes to 186, creating a total project valued at $32 million.

Its premium quality estate strategy combined with affordability and location has seen Chelsea Heights achieve 50 sales in its first six months. Prices start at $227,000 for a new two bedroom home, plus with Centrelink rental subsidy, the weekly fees equate to approximately 20% of the pension.

Lifestyle Communities now has seven estates created in seven years.
