Seven properties already have been bought off the plan with construction well underway on Stages 1 and 2, comprising 42 villas and 17 apartments in The Range building at Living Choice Flagstaff Hill,  South Australia’s first fully integrated golf course/retirement community.

 

Approval has also been given for the final stage, which includes a new clubhouse with apartments above it. It will also incorporate a Wellness Centre which will be open to the public.

 

Approval for Living Choice Flagstaff Hill, which is 16km from Adelaide’s CBD, was given in June 2019.

 

On 19 May, the first display apartment was unveiled to the public.

 

Rob Grech, who is in charge of the construction of the 42 villas, said it was `lights, camera and all action’ on site.

 

“The glow of Hi Vis yellow reflects the number of trades people working externally and internally on each villa to keep the completion of the Birkdale and Troon villas progressing,” he said.

 

Sales staff members were extremely excited to showcase the Birkdale design.

 

“Standing on the spacious balcony you can see, hear and feel the surrounding environment and wildlife and we are looking forward to opening another display home for viewing in early August,” added Rob.

 

“The village community is growing with each new week, with existing residents welcoming new residents, building relationships, and enjoying an exciting new lifestyle at Living Choice Flagstaff Hill.”

 

Prices for the villas and units rise by 5% on 1 June.

 

A three-bedroom, two bathrooms, 1.5 garages and balcony price rises from $722,900 to $759,900.

 

A two-bedroom, two bathrooms, 1.5 garages and patio goes from $584,900 to $615,900.

 

Living Choice has 10 operational villages in SA, QLD and NSW, with plans underway for two additional communities aside from Flagstaff Hill.
