Living Gem’s latest Over 50s community, Amber, has sold all of its first stage and only have one plot left in its 32-home second stage.

17 sites in Stage Three have also been prepared for clients to choose from. Stage Four will be released soon.

Clients have nine home designs to choose from, currently priced from $523,000 to $558,000.

Amber, which is in Logan Valley, Logan, which is halfway between Gold Coast and Brisbane, will when completed be a 231-home community.
