Queensland based retirement village group Living Gems has unveiled four new display homes this month, part of their Opal by Living Gems village collection. The four new designs were designed with a modern aesthetic and offer different spacious options for incoming residents.

Each home design is named after a species of sea or coastal bird, that complements the setting of the Opal by Living Gems community, which is conveniently located in proximity to picturesque local waterways and even has its own resort lake.

Two spacious bedrooms are standard to all four designs, along with alfresco spaces. Three of the four homes include luxurious finishes such as stone kitchen benchtops, walk-in wardrobes and ambient pendant lighting in the main living areas. Each home is now immediately open for inspections.

The Opal by Living Gems is one of the most exclusive retirement villages in the area, as the gated community includes quality amenities on offer to residents allowing them to enjoy excellent social activities and events.
