Designed by Marchese Architects, the 40-acre low density Waterbrook Bowral will be home to 135 villas as well as a range of five-star features including a 24/7 concierge, wellness centre and spa, à la carte restaurant and bar, ballroom/play theatre and library.

Located on the site of the former Our Lady of the Sacred Heart school in Bowral, the project , if approved, will include a restoration of a large portion of the long vacant buildings, providing the centerpiece for village residents as well as inviting spaces for Bowral’s clubs and associations according to Waterbrook’s founder and managing director Kevin Ryan.

The existing brick chapel will also be refurbished for use by the residents and the community and a library will display available historical information about the original site.

The proposed site for Waterbrook Bowral, is on the corner of Centennial Road and Kirkham Road.
