Alan Marshall has signed up with the Hodge family of Parkes to build a 400 unit retirement village plus 80 apartments and a 180 bed aged care facility in Parkes, to be known as the Gracelands Parkes Garden Estate.

Bruce Hodges is a local large-scale beef farmer who has championed the project for seven years. Alan Marshall is the owner of Australian Mining Camps, a major supplier of housing for mining camps and remote locations.
