Brentwood Village has long been regarded as one of the most desirable villages on the Central Coast thanks to its mature gardens and expansive 50-acre site. It offers independent living, serviced apartments and high care on site.

The 600 residents of Brentwood are now also enjoying the benefits of its new owners - the publicly listed Prime Trust - which has commenced a substantial remodelling of the facilities and renovation of village homes as they come onto the market. In excess of $100,000 is being spent on each villa, with new kitchens, bathrooms and other conveniences.

In consultation with the residents, extensive new facilities are being built, including five state-of-the-art barbecue areas strategically located around the lake with covered seating, plus board walks across the water and a new cafe and bar.

Prime Trust has gone to great lengths to secure the highly respected Brenton Ellis as village manager, bringing him from Queensland to take up the position. He will oversee Brentwood's facelift, which is expected to be complete within the next 12 months.
