Confirming his presentation on their desire to expand at our March LEADERS SUMMIT, Quadrant Private Equity director Marcus Darville is set to acquire the 900 bed Padman Health Care, the largest private residential care operator in SA (also with operations in QLD) with 13 facilities and 1000 staff.

Established in 1984 by Viv Padman, the business will be merged in with Estia Aged Care that Quadrant invested in last year. Padman is also currently building an 85 bed care facility at Living Choice Twin Waters village on the Sunshine Coast, co-owned by Adelaide-based Graeme Hobbs.
